Trees are one of the best investments you can make in your community—not only do they provide environmental benefits like cleaning the air and cooling hot streets, but trees also have been linked to reduced crime, increased property values, safer traffic, and happier, more relaxed citizens.
Together, our members have planted over 15 million trees in cities across the country, with help from 5 million volunteers. We need your help to continue these efforts!
Plant a Tree
To make a donation to plant a tree where it is most needed, click here.
- $50 will plant a small grove of 5 saplings
- $150 will plant one neighborhood shade tree
- $250 will plant a shade tree in a needy community and provide two years of maintenance to ensure the tree thrives

Donate Your Time
You can also donate your time. To volunteer at a local community tree planting event or an ongoing tree care initiative, contact an ACTrees member organization near you.
