NEIGHBORWOODS MESSAGE
Heed the Chief: Take Part this October!
In his latest video for October 2011, US Forest Service Chief Tom Tidwell encourages everyone "to get involved both personally and professionally" in NeighborWoodsTM Month this October. He reminds us of the great value of urban forests: "Urban trees and greenery raise the quality of life [...] We can have a healthy urban forest" if we take action to make it happen!
