SPOTLIGHT
Engaging Community Partners
NeighborWoodsTM Month officially kicked off in Indianapolis, IN, when community partners, Keep Indianapolis Beautiful, Boise Inc, and neighborhood volunteers planted trees to turn a former brownfield into a Project UP park! Tomorrow, KIB continues its impressive 13 projects during NeighborWoodsTM Month with an enormous service event: during the Lilly Day of Service, over 8,000 volunteers will plant 3,000 trees throughout the city. What a way to show the impact of trees in urban areas during NeighborWoodsTM Month!
