Register Early for FREE Tshirts!- Deadline: Aug. 1
I
t pays to register early... literally. Register your October event by August 1 and, in addition to being eligible for a $500 Mini-Grant, ACT will send you up to 50 FREE NeighborWoods Month Tshirts. Professionally designed Tshirts are a great way to brand your event as part of the national effort and recognize volunteer assistance. What are you waiting for!

Join the Online Community through MySpace and Facebook
Looking to connect with peers and volunteers? Try MySpace and Facebook. These networking sites are a great way to reach youth and engage new audiences in your mission. Accounts are free and pages are easy to design and update. If you have a page, link ACT as a friend. If you don't have a page, ask ACT for help setting one up

MINI-GRANT
Up to $500- Deadline: Sept. 15
Make your event more memorable and successful. Request up to $500 in financial assistance as a way to accomplish something extra, such as purchasing marketing, media, or additional promotional items, hiring a photographer, creating awards, or making your event kid-friendly.
