Green Infrastructure Municipal Handbook
By US Environmental Protection Agency

The EPA is developing The Municipal Handbook to help local officials implement green infrastructure in their communities. The handbook covers issues such as financing, operation and maintenance, incentives, designs, codes and ordinances, and a variety of other subjects. The handbook chapters are intended to serve as "how to" manuals on these topics, written primarily from the standpoint of municipal implementation.

State Urban Forestry Coordinators

California ReLeaf has released a preliminary report titled, "Survey of State Funding Trends." In 2006, they were awarded a grant to contact all of the State Urban Forestry Coordinators to inquire about how their programs are funded, with the ultimate goal of identifying a handful of permanent, long-term funding source.
