Return to the Forest Where We Live Wins NETA Award

(Baton Rouge, LA)- Return to the Forest Where We Live, Louisiana Public Broadcasting's documentary about the importance of urban forestry, was honored by the National Educational Telecommunications Association (NETA). ACT still has copies of the documentary available and will provide them to Members for free.

Executive and Board Changes at American Forests
(Washington, DC)- The board of directors of American Forests, the Washington, DC-based conservation organization, has appointed Gerry Gray to be acting executive director following the resignation of Deborah Gangloff to become president and CEO of the Crow Canyon Archeological Center in Colorado.
