Summit to Set the Green Agenda
(College Park, Md.)- ACT's second annual Green Infrastructure Summit is poised to capitalize on the momentum on Capitol Hill. With historic legislation that would incorporate green strategies into how we think about energy, small business jobs, community and transportation planning, public health, and stormwater management, policy leaders, greening advocates, and journalists will gather to set the green agenda.

Con Edison to dole out  $7.9M for green projects
(New York, NY)- Nearly four years after the blackout that left western Queens in the dark for days, seeds sown by activists are about to bear fruit in the area. Con Edison is disbursing $7.9 million to Western Queens Power for the People for planting trees and other greening projects.
