Return to the Forest Available to be Broadcast Nationally

Baton Rouge, LA (April 20, 2009)- The National Educational Telecommunications Association (NETA), a professional association that serves public television licensees and educational entities, is the national distributor for Return to the Forest Where We Live. The broadcast date will be sometime in March or April 2009 to correspond with Earth Day and Arbor Day events.

In February, NETA made the documentary available to stations. So now for this to air locally, it’s up to member feedback. Call the Programming Director at your local PBS affiliate and ask for the documentary to air soon. With Earth Day and Arbor Day events happening all around the country, this is a great time to let your local PBS stations know that you’d like to see Return to the Forest Where We Live air in your community.
