Community-Driven Social Change Conference

The Community-Campus Partnerships for Health's 10th Anniversary Conference, "Mobilizing Partnerships for Social Change," seeks to nurture a growing network of community-campus partnerships that are striving to achieve the systems and policy changes needed to address the root causes of health, social, and economic inequalities.
The conference is expected to draw a diverse group of over 500 participants from across the health, education, human rights, and social service sectors. Attendees will include leaders from community-based nonprofit organizations, government agencies, educational institutions, and student service organizations.
