Gore's Live Earth Concert

One of seven 'Live Earth' concerts meant to raise awareness about global warming has been moved from Washington DC to the Giants Stadium in New Jersey. The concert, organized by former Vice President Al Gore, was originally intended to be held on the National Mall and the US Capitol grounds, but Congress voted against allowing it.
Artists will include the Dave Matthews Band, the Police, Faith Hill with Tim McGraw, Ludacris, and Bon Jovi. The concert is one of seven concerts across the planet, including shows in Shanghai, Sydney, Johannesburg, London, Rio de Janeiro, Tokyo and Antarctica.
