Institute Focuses on Building Urban Leaders

The 2007 Urban Service-Learning Institute will bring together concerned individuals from around the country to focus on applying the principles of service-learning in urban environments. Institute participants will discuss service-learning outreach and application techniques that help students achieve academic excellence and become strong community leaders. This event is also an opportunity to connect with other professionals working in urban settings and help shape this developing area of service-learning.
