April 3-5, 2011
Philadelphia, PA
The National Brownfields Conference, cosponsored by EPA and ICMA, offers over 100 educational sessions, including lively panel sessions, dynamic discussion-based roundtables, and inspirational film screenings, numerous professional development opportunities, networking and business development opportunities, mobile workshops, walking tours, and volunteer activities to see Philadelphia's redevelopment at ground level.
The conference will provide a forum for training, research, and technical assistance to communities to facilitate the inventory, assessment, remediation, and redevelopment of underutilized and potentially contaminated sites, otherwise known as brownfields.
