National Volunteer Week can be a boon for nonprofits of all sizes. Since its launch in 1974, the event has mobilized hundreds of thousands of volunteers to get active. The theme for 2007 is "Inspire by Example," celebrating the power of volunteers to inspire others in their community. As part of the activities, VolunteerMatch will be releasing the complete results of a study on volunteerism and technology that was conducted summer 2006.
