Homeownership Programs Funded

The Wells Fargo Housing Foundation is committed to increasing homeownership through the development of affordable housing in communities throughout the United States. The Foundation's Homeownership Grant Program offers support to nonprofit housing organizations that have demonstrated the ability to create homeownership opportunities for low- to moderate-income families.
Grants are provided in the following categories: Construction/Rehab; Home Repairs; Education, Counseling, and Prevention; and Subsidies. Requests for construction or land acquisitions are not considered.
