Kid's Gardening Projects Funded

The National Gardening Association (NGA) supports programs across the United States that actively engage kids in the garden and improve the quality of life for all. NGA's Youth Garden Grants are provided to schools and community organizations with child-centered, outdoor garden programs. K-12 schools, youth groups, community centers, camps, clubs, treatment facilities, and intergenerational groups throughout the United States are eligible to apply. Two hundred programs will receive $250 Home Depot gift cards for the purchase of gardening supplies particular to the needs of their program and an activity package from NGA.
