National Urban and Community Forestry Advisory Council Grant 2008

The Forest Service's national cost-share grants program, under the direction of the National Urban and Community Forestry Advisory Council (NUCFAC), just posted this year's grant guidelines. The deadline for pre-proposals is September 13th.
Grants are generally for projects that are national in scope or create innovative models worthy of national replication. Pre-proposals are limited to two pages. Be sure to format your proposal exactly according to the Selection Criteria elements to give your application the best chance of success. The program is competitive.
