Tony Hawk Foundation Skatepark Grant Program

The Tony Hawk Foundation works to promote high-quality public skateparks in low-income areas throughout the United States.

Since 2002, the foundation has awarded 291 skatepark grants worth more than $1.3 million. The foundation favors projects that demonstrate the greatest need, significant involvement of skaters at every step of the skatepark process, and a commitment to hiring experienced skatepark specialists to ensure a quality park.

Applicant organizations must be public charities or a state or local agency . Projects most likely to receive funding will be located in low-income areas and can demonstrate strong community and grassroots support.

Grants range from $1,000 to $25,000.
