The Xerox FreeColorPrinters program empowers all your efforts with the impact of color that gets you noticed. Thousands of small businesses, schools, religious institutions, and non-profit organizations have already benefited from adding Xerox color for free.
Program Details
If accepted into the Xerox FreeColorPrinters program, you will receive the WorkCentre C2424 in approximately one week. It's easy to set up and Xeros will pay the shipping costs. After three years as a FreeColorPrinters program member, the WorkCentre C2424 color multifunction product will be yours to keep without further obligation. You can even return it at any time if you decide the program is no longer a good fit within your organization. In return, Xerox asks two things. First, submit an online monthly print usage report. Second, purchase all ink and maintenance kits through this program.
How to Qualify
Organizations must be based in the United States, have more than one employee, print and/or copy 2,000-4,000 pages per month, and be able to use a credit card for supplies purchases.
On the application, estimate the number of pages per month you'll print and/or copy on the Xerox WorkCentre C2424 color multifunction product. Estimate as accurately as you can. If you are accepted into the program this will become your monthly page commitment. The application takes about five minutes to complete.
