Program Director, Conservation Services Group (Westborough, MA)

Conservation Services Group designs, develops, and delivers innovative, results-driven energy efficiency, energy conservation, sustainability, and renewable energy programs for residential homeowners. The Program Director will direct program staff and lead the delivery of energy efficiency and conservation programs and services in conjunction with utility partners. The Program Director has oversight of financial results, client relationship management, service delivery, customer service, data management and reporting for the Residential Conservation Services Program.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Develop strategy and performance metrics to meet the goals of the Residential Conservation Services Program and its clients
* Manage and develop the relationship with MA and NH utility clients
* Develop budget and manage financial performance of the program
* Determine staffing requirements, and oversee interviewing, hiring and training of new employees
* Lead performance management for the program and ensure effective management of staff
* Manage the delivery systems to utility customers, contractor network and community groups to ensure program success
* Manage growth and acquisition of new clients and projects.
* Provide excellent client service though consistent, on-time, and accurate completion of tasks
* Coordinate with other CSG central services business units including IS, HR, customer contact center, marketing, and finance.
* Support CSG business development initiatives in the geographic area and near-by territories.
QUALIFICATIONS
* BS/BA or equivalent experience plus 8-10 years management experience
* Demonstrated success with program management and client service in the field of energy efficiency or related industry
* Experience with meeting contractual program obligations on time and within budget, and operating complex projects with multiple levels of authority and influence
* Ability to convey information in group or public setting
* Ability to translate broad objectives into specific tasks
* Budget, finance, forecasting, and reporting experience
* Highly proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite
* Familiarity with residential construction, building science and marketing energy efficiency programs
* An ability to initiate, coordinate and prioritize responsibilities and follow through on tasks and projects.
