You likely know TechSoup for their software donation program to nonprofits, but now you can also request quality, low-cost refurbished computers. If you need additional computers or just want to replace older equipment, check out the new configurations and place your request. There are desktops and laptops from manufacturers such as Dell, IBM, and Compaq.
Computers are priced below market rates, designed to meet rigorous standards, are thoroughly tested, and are backed by a 90-day warranty. Microsoft Windows and Office come pre-installed on all computers. Here are some examples:

How To Request Refurbished Computers
1. Register your organization with TechSoup (to be eligible, you must be a 501c3 nonprofit with an annual budget of less than $20 million).
2. Browse refurbished computer available and place your order.

And remember that TechSoup is a great resource for free and reduced rate software from major vendors like MicroSoft, Intuit, Adobe, and more. You can buy licenses throughout the year, up to a limit depending on the manufacturer's restrictions. Fees are low- usually just a $10 or $15 stocking fee. The year rolls over on June 30, so now is a great time to order the maximum you need, because you'll start fresh as of July 1.
