The Dominion Foundation supports nonprofit organizations dedicated to improving the economic, physical, and social health of the communities served by Dominion’s companies in Connecticut, Illinois, Indiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Virginia, West Virginia, and Wisconsin.


The Foundation focuses its grantmaking in five general categories: health and human services, education, culture and the arts, civic and community development, and the environment. Most of the Foundation’s grants are in the $1,000 to $15,000 range.
