Linking Landscapes and Communities: A Green Infrastructure Approach” is a week-long seminar for people engaged in land use planning, development, infrastructure, and natural resource management. This event is organized by the Oregon Department of Forestry, Washington Department of Natural Resources, US Forest Service, Pacific Northwest Chapter- International Society of Arboriculture, METRO, and Conservation Fund.


The event will be held at the new Oregon Garden Resort. The registration fee is only $175, thanks to a grant from the US Forest Service. Lodging at the Oregon Garden Resort will be at a special rate of $99 per night, which includes breakfast.
Applications are being taken now for this event, but space is limited. Attached is an application form if you are interested. Please note that this is not a conference, but rather an intensive training opportunity that includes lectures, discussions, case studies, group activities, and a field trip.
