Youth Service Day

April 25-27, 2008
National
Millions of youth participate in Global Youth Service Day, the largest service event in the world. They tutor young children, engage in disaster relief, educate their communities, and meet many more community needs through their service. Global Youth Service Day supports youth on a life-long path of service and civic engagement, and educates the public, the media, and elected officials about the role of youth as community leaders.

Youth Service America wants to provide you with the best resources possible so you can engage more young people in Global Youth Service Day and service throughout the year. They have increased the service and service-learning resources available with tools including: planning materials, public service announcements, images, letter templates, and other gear.
